I signed up for Care one debt consolidation and I failed to make a payment because I am overdrawn on my checking account. I feel that this company shouldn\’t have called me at all about the drp program because I have no assets.So, how can I get rid of debt and does anyone here know another debt mangement program company they use?

I am a finance student doing a project with a company\’s financial statements. I want to compute Debt over assets. \n\nMy problem is that the company has listed its stock options that the executives might exercise in the future as debts in the annual statement. I know this is usually not on the balance sheet, but should I add these options in when calcuation the above ratio? \n\nI would like to know what the rule is in both record-keeping and finance regarding if stock options are debt.
