By home loan I mean a home loan and not a personal property loan like on a trailer home/manufactured home in a trailer court. I qualified for a home loan and I want to keep it cheap, so I want to buy a piece of land and a manufactured home. Wil this work as a home loan if its on private land?nWow, there is quite the array of scams out there! Why would anyone take out a loan from the world wide web without speaking to someone face to face?

All of the debt management companies I have spoken with say that CashCall is considered a payday lender (even though I have a $5,000 personal loan) and cannot be included with credit cards.

I have about 25000 of debt but can still pay montlhy payments on time and never missed a payment…if I try to get a personal loan from state lendingtree.com as opposed to a debt management program which looks better to creditors?? My beacon score is around 650-670….I am going to a credit counseling bureau to see what they think….they are HUD approved and non-profit. I still have some assets stocks and bonds totaling 6000…I do get paid consistently and been trying some internet surveys to make some small money on the side to my job. What things should I look for at the credit counseling bureau? Such as if they are legit or not in my situation?

I am in dire need of a debt consolidation loan and I have bad credit. I can make things work with $5000, but I do not know where to begin. I have seen people with yahoo addresses claiming they can loan money but they sound fishy as it is not a company email, their emails always seem to be yahoo. Any info will help. I fell on hard times and am now able to pay my monthly bills but I cant seem to catch up what I fell behind on. PLEASE help asap. I have a 5yr old and I do not want him to suffer us loosing our home or car.
